what you haven't been
able to say anywhere else.

You might be here because

You don't need to have a clear diagnosis or a neatly packaged problem. The only requirement is that you're ready to sit with what's real.

Depth-oriented, not diagnosis-driven

I work from a depth-oriented therapeutic tradition — which means I'm less interested in labeling what's "wrong" with you than in understanding the full landscape of your inner life. Anxiety, depression, relational patterns: these are not disorders to be eliminated but signals pointing toward something that needs attention.

My approach draws primarily from psychodynamic and humanistic-existential frameworks. We might explore how early experiences shaped the patterns you're still living in. We might sit with the feelings you've been avoiding. We might talk about death, meaning, freedom, and isolation — the givens of being human that most of us never get to say aloud.

Sessions are conversational. There's no script, no checklist. Some sessions are heavy; some are unexpectedly light. What stays consistent is the commitment to meet whatever arises with honesty and care.

What depth work is not: it's not CBT-style skill-building (though skills may emerge). It's not advice-giving. It's not someone telling you to "think positive." It's someone willing to stay with you in the places you've been carrying alone.

What to expect

🗣️

First session

We'll talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what's been hard. No pressure to have it all figured out. A chance to feel whether the space is right for you.

🔄

Ongoing sessions

Weekly or biweekly, 50 minutes each. We follow what's alive — a recent event, a dream, or a silence that's saying more than words.

Duration

Some people come for 6–12 sessions with a specific focus. Others stay longer — depth work unfolds at its own pace. We check in regularly.

FAQ

How is this different from talking to a friend?
A friend listens from within your shared life — they have a stake, an opinion, a history with you. I don't. That's the point. I'm not here to agree with you or fix you. I'm here to help you see yourself more clearly, without the filters of obligation or politeness.
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
Not at all. Many of the people I work with don't have a formal diagnosis — they're simply navigating a hard season, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift.
How long until I feel better?
The honest answer is: it depends. Some people feel relief after the first session — just from having said things out loud. Deep change takes longer. I don't promise quick fixes, but I promise steady, genuine attention.
What if I don't know what to talk about?
That's more common than you'd think. We'll start where you are — even if that's silence. Sometimes the most important sessions begin with "I don't know where to start."

Let's talk.

If something here speaks to where you are, I'd love to hear from you. No pressure, no commitment — just a conversation.
