Hypnosis is not mind control. It's a way of bypassing the thinking mind and speaking directly to the deeper parts of you that already know what needs to shift.
Book a free consultation →If your image of hypnosis comes from stage shows or movies, set that aside. Therapeutic hypnosis is an ordinary, natural state — the same one you enter when you're daydreaming, absorbed in a book, or driving on a familiar road and suddenly realize you've traveled the last ten minutes without conscious attention.
In that state, the critical, analytical part of the mind relaxes, and the deeper — unconscious — part becomes more accessible. This is where habits live, where old patterns are stored, where change actually happens when it's not being forced.
Hypnosis isn't sleep — you're awake and aware the whole time. You can open your eyes, speak, or stop at any moment. You won't do anything against your will.
The opposite, actually — hypnosis requires focus and imagination. Most people can enter a hypnotic state, just at different depths.
No one can force you to do something you don't want to do. Hypnosis is a collaboration — the guide provides the method, you do the changing.
My approach blends clinical hypnotherapy with depth-oriented inner work. A session typically includes:
We start by talking — what's coming up, what you want to shift, what the unconscious is already showing you through dreams, patterns, or symptoms.
We enter a relaxed state together. I guide you with words — imagery, suggestion, sometimes silence. Your mind does the real work.
We talk about what came up. Insights, images, feelings — nothing is "wrong." Everything that emerges has meaning.
You may receive a short recording or simple practice to reinforce the work between our sessions. The unconscious continues to process.
Calming the nervous system, shifting unhelpful patterns at their root
Releasing the mental chatter that keeps you awake
Working with the part of you that holds the pattern
Public speaking, creative blocks, imposter syndrome
Gentle, non-verbal processing of old pain
Accessing inner resources when change feels overwhelming
Some see images or colors. Some feel physical sensations. Some hear nothing but a quiet voice and wake up feeling different. There is no "right way" — whatever happens is exactly what needed to.
A no-obligation conversation — by phone or video — to explore what you're working with, answer any questions, and feel whether we're a good fit.
